Trauma effects each person differently, and it's something we all need to understand more completely. On this episode, Jodi Salvo sits down with Bridget Britton to discuss the effects trauma can have on mental health.

Bridget is the Extension Educator FCS at the Ohio State University Extension. She explains what the Ohio State University Extension is and what role it plays in the community. Then, Bridget dives into trauma and previews the trainings she runs for both organizations and community members to help equip people to handle trauma in their own lives and in the lives of others.
